How a booking is made

1. You read the sport page. The US dollar rate, what is included, and the meeting point are on that page.
2. The quote form uses those same numbers. It does not charge the card.
3. You send the quote by WhatsApp +62 817 7572 3663 or email [email protected].
4. The desk replies with the date, the meeting time, and how to pay. That written reply is the confirmation.

Desk hours are 07:00–20:00 WITA. The map pin for the base is Jl. Raya Krasan, Sedang.

Who does which job

This desk is not a marketplace of unnamed drivers. Ubud Outdoor Activities sells the ticket. All New Bali Adventure runs the Sedang ATV gate. Rafting, tubing, canyoning, dirt bikes, buggies, cycling, the Batur jeep, and the Bongkasa swing are run by the crew named on that sport page. Cooking classes, temple visits, and culture workshops are not booked here.

Safety on the day

• ATV guests get a helmet, boot shoes, and a track briefing. Drivers are 16 or older. No licence is required on the quad.
• Ayung rafting includes a helmet, life jacket, and a guide in the raft. Tell us if someone is a weak swimmer.
• Wos tubing includes a tube, life jacket, and a guide. You should be able to sit up on the tube.
• Gitgit canyoning is a rope day. Send age, height, weight, and shoe size before the harness is packed. Jumps are optional. The rope is the alternative.
• Jungle buggy drivers are 17 or older and show a licence. The course is a closed loop, not the Sedang ATV track.
• The Kintamani dirt bike needs real clutch experience. If the notes show the bike is too much, we say no and point you at the Tabanan bike or the Batur jeep.
• The Bongkasa swing is a park session with on-site insurance and a drink. Photos are on your phone.

Activity insurance is the cover described on that sport page, for the ages listed there. It is not a travel-insurance policy sold by this website. Back, neck, and pregnancy limits belong in the email before you pay.

Weather

A shower does not cancel the ATV, the raft, or the tube. The morning message is the go or no-go. Lightning, a stair you cannot reach, a canyoning line closed for water level, or an unsafe bike track stops the day. You then move the date at the same price or take a refund, as the refund policy says.

Check the quote

Match the village and the US dollar rate to the sport page before you transfer. A real Sedang ATV quote names All New Bali Adventure on Jalan Raya Krasan. A real Ayung quote names the put-in above Kedewatan and $28 for two, lunch included. Tubing, canyoning, the Bongkasa swing, and the other sports each have their own village.

Payment

There is no checkout on this site. Do not send a card number, a card photo, or a banking password. Pay the amount in the written quote, to the details in that same reply. If the amount or the account differs from the quote, stop and write back before you transfer.

Who am I paying?

Who runs the session?

The desk sells the ticket and the timing. The arena, river crew, canyon guide, bike garage, or swing park runs the session and the briefing. Each sport page names the meeting village.

What if someone is not fit for the sport?

Say so before you pay: back or neck trouble, pregnancy, a weak swimmer, no clutch experience, or a child’s age. The operator can move you to another ticket or decline the day. Canyoning also needs height, weight, and shoe size so the harness is packed for that guest.
