Mix-ups that book the wrong day
- Wos tubing is a sit-on tube for about 2.5 hours, from $31, lunch not included. Gitgit canyoning is a harness day from $124, and it needs age, height, weight, and shoe size. A message that swaps those names is selling a different morning.
- Ayung rafting is a paddle boat, minimum two, lunch included. The tube is the Wos.
- The swing on this rate card is Swing Heaven on Jalan Tangga Yuda, Bongkasa, $35 with a drink. A Tegallalang roadside stall is a different park. Lunch at Bongkasa is $7 more if you add it.
- The jungle buggy is $80 for a single rig or $93 for a tandem, three laps, driver 17+ with a licence. The Sedang ATV is the Krasan gate, from $47, no licence, lunch included.
- The Kintamani dirt bike, from $272, is the lava. The Mount Batur jeep, from $61 for two, stays on the rim. The sunrise trek, from $103 for one hiker, is the walk.
- Tabanan dirt bikes are $141 for one rider and $134 each for two, toward Jatiluwih or a west-coast sunset.
- The Tumang cooking class is $34 on Balian Tour. This desk does not hold that date.
Who you pay

Hotel cars follow the sport. ATV, Ayung rafting, Wos tubing, and the Bongkasa swing add one $34 shuttle for pickup and drop-off, or $0 if you self-meet. Cycling, the Batur trek, and the Batur jeep include pickup from Ubud through Kuta, and far hotels on those tickets add $13. The scooter day includes the hotel you name. Canyoning, dirt bikes, and buggies confirm the car in the reply.
A guest cancel at least 24 hours before the written meeting time is a full refund or a move at the same price. Inside 24 hours the payment stands. An operator stop — lightning, a closed canyoning pitch, a stair you cannot reach, an unsafe bike track — is a same-price move or a refund of that line. A shower does not cancel ATV, rafting, or tubing.
