What a real Ayung quote on this desk says

The confirmation names the Ayung, the meeting time, and the dollar amount from that table. A quote for a sit-on tube, a Gitgit rope day, or a river south of Ubud is a different sport. Read the Wos page if the message says canyon tubing. Read the Gitgit page if it says harness, rappel, or a two-hour drive.

Checks before you pay

• The river is the Ayung and the stair is above Kedewatan, not Campuhan and not Gitgit.
• The price is $28 each when at least two of you go, and lunch is already in it.
• The shuttle is $34 for the booking, pickup and drop-off. It does not multiply by the number of paddlers.
• The written reply comes from [email protected] or WhatsApp +62 817 7572 3663.
• The page you used does not ask for a card number. Pay the amount in the reply, to the details in that reply.
• A weak swimmer is named in the notes before you pay, so the crew can plan the boat.

If the amount, the river, or the bank details change after you have a written quote, stop. Reply on the same email or WhatsApp thread and ask which line changed. This desk can match a payment only to a quote it wrote.

Rain, refunds, and the same-day ATV

Ordinary rain does not cancel Ayung rafting. The morning message is the go or no-go. Lightning, or a stair the group cannot use, stops the day: you move the date at the same price or take a refund of that line. A guest cancel at least 24 hours before the written meeting time is a full refund or a same-price move. Inside 24 hours the payment stands.

One ATV line plus this raft is a combo. Two sports take 10% off the sport subtotal. ATV, Wos, and Ayung together take 12%. The $34 shuttle stays outside that percent. Do the quad first.
