What you send

A quote can include your name, email, hotel or villa, date, party size, the sports you picked, and notes. Notes are where people put a child’s age, canyoning height and shoe size, an injury, or which scooter route they want.

The form does not upload that quote to a database on this website. It writes the message in your browser, then opens WhatsApp or your email app so you can send it. If you close the page first, we never receive it.

Card numbers

This website does not ask for a card number, a bank login, or a photo of a passport. Pay only against the written quote that comes back from [email protected] or WhatsApp +62 817 7572 3663. If a message asks you to type a card into a link, it is not from this desk.

Who else sees the booking

After you confirm, the operator of that session gets the details they need to run it. The ATV arena, the river crew, the canyon guide, the bike garage, or the swing park may see names, headcount, pickup hotel, and the notes that affect a helmet, a harness, or a bike. They use that to meet you. They are not given a copy of your payment card, because we never collected one here.

Analytics

The site loads Google Analytics to count visits and see which sport pages are opened. That can store a cookie in your browser. We do not sell that visit data, and we do not use it to build an advertising profile of guests. You can block analytics cookies in your browser.

Children

We do not market the site to children. A parent may put a child’s age or height in the notes so the arena or the guide can say whether the seat or the harness fits. That note is part of the booking, not a separate profile.

How long we keep a thread

WhatsApp and email keep the conversation so we can confirm the date, send the pin, and answer a refund question. Write to [email protected] if you want the desk copy of a thread deleted. Say the date of the message and the name on the booking. We delete that correspondence unless a payment record still has to be kept for the refund itself.

Does the website store my quote?

No. The quote form builds the message in your browser and opens WhatsApp or your email app. This site has no booking account and does not ask for card numbers.

What details do you pass to the operator?

Only what the session needs: names, party size, hotel for pickup, and notes you already sent, such as a child’s age, canyoning measurements, or bike experience.

How do I ask you to delete a message?

Email [email protected] and name the date of the thread. We delete the desk copy of that correspondence. A WhatsApp chat is removed in that chat as well.
