Refunds and date changes
Pay only against a written quote from [email protected] or WhatsApp +62 817 7572 3663. The website does not take card numbers, so an unpaid quote is not a charge to reverse.
Before you pay
The rate card and the quote form are prices, not a hold on a card. If you do not send the quote, or you do not pay the reply, there is nothing to refund.
You change or cancel
The clock is the meeting time written in the confirmation, not the hour you first opened the page.
- 24 hours or more before that meeting time: full refund of what you paid this desk, or a move to a new date at the same published price.
- Inside 24 hours, or you miss the pickup: the payment stands. The guide, the car, and any packed gear are already held. We still ask the operator if another date is open, and the reply says yes or no.
Write the change to [email protected] or the same WhatsApp thread. A verbal note to the hotel desk is not the cancellation.
We or the operator stop the day
A day is called off for lightning, a stair or road the group cannot use, a canyoning pitch closed after the guide reads the water, or a bike handover the garage postpones because the track is unsafe. Ordinary rain does not cancel Sedang ATV, Ayung rafting, or Wos tubing. Mud and river water are part of those tickets.
When the morning reply says a sport is off, you choose in writing: move that line to another date at the same price, or take a refund of what you paid this desk for that line. You do not pay a new price for the same ticket. If a combo loses one sport, the reply recalculates the mix. The shuttle is not part of the percentage.
How a refund is sent
Refunds go back by the same channel you used to pay this desk. The email or WhatsApp reply names the amount and when it leaves the desk. Desk hours are 07:00–20:00 WITA.

- Is a quote on the website a payment?
- No. The page shows the US dollar total. Nothing is charged until you pay the written quote from the desk.
- What if you cancel the day for weather?
- If the morning reply says the sport cannot run, you move that line to a new date at the same price or take a refund of what you paid this desk for that line.
- Does rain itself qualify for a refund?
- No for Sedang ATV, Ayung rafting, and Wos tubing. Those sessions are booked wet. A refund or a move applies when lightning, a closed stair, or an unsafe track stops the day.
