Bali is UTC+8 all year. When the US east coast is on daylight time, Bali is 12 hours ahead. When the east coast is on standard time, Bali is 13 hours ahead. The west coast is three hours behind the east coast, so Bali is 15 or 16 hours ahead of Los Angeles.
Desk hours 07:00–20:00 in Bali cover the previous evening through early morning on the east coast, and the previous afternoon through the small hours on the west coast. Send the quote in the American evening. Read the confirmation with breakfast.
The meeting time in the reply is Bali time, WITA. A 08:00 ATV start is 08:00 in Bali on that date.

The shuttle once you are in Bali
You land at Ngurah Rai (DPS). The sports are north of the airport. Sedang, the ATV village, is about 30–40 minutes from central Ubud.
ATV, Ayung rafting, Wos tubing, and the Bongkasa swing add one $34 shuttle for pickup and drop-off from Ubud, Canggu, Seminyak, Sanur, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, or Candidasa. Self-meet is $0.
The scooter day starts at $28 and includes the hotel. Cycling and the Batur trips include pickup through Kuta. Far hotels on those tickets add $13. The lava bike starts at $272. Its car is quoted in the reply.
