When a reply reaches the UK and Europe
Bali does not change its clocks. The desk is open 07:00–20:00 WITA.
In northern summer, that window is about midnight to 13:00 in the UK and about 01:00 to 14:00 in central Europe. In northern winter it runs from about 23:00 to 12:00 in the UK and from midnight to 13:00 in central Europe.
Send the quote in your morning. The written reply can still land before your afternoon. It names the date, the meeting time in Bali, and the US dollar amount.
English briefing, US dollar amount
Track guides, river guides, and bike guides brief these sessions in English. A single ATV is $47 for one rider. Ayung rafting is $28 each for two or more, lunch included. Wos tubing starts at $31. Gitgit canyoning starts at $124. The Bongkasa swing is $35.
The website does not show euros or pounds. Pay the figure in the written quote. There is no card form. Do not send a card number.
A guest cancel at least 24 hours before the written meeting time can move the date at the same price or take a refund. The refund page is in English and states the rest of that rule.
Hotels after you land
International flights land at Ngurah Rai (DPS) in the south. The activity pins are inland: Sedang for the ATV, the Ayung above Kedewatan for rafting, the upper Wos for tubing.
One $34 shuttle covers pickup and drop-off for ATV, Ayung rafting, Wos tubing, and the Bongkasa swing, from an Ubud hotel through Canggu, Seminyak, Sanur, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, and Candidasa. Self-meet is $0.
Cycling, the Batur trek, and the Batur jeep include pickup through Kuta, and far hotels add $13. The scooter day, from $28, includes the hotel you name. The Kintamani lava bike starts at $272, and that transfer is quoted in the reply.
