Choose a single ATV when each person wants to drive: from $47 per rider at All New Bali Adventure in Sedang. Choose a tandem when two people share one quad: $69 for the machine. Same track, same lunch, same insurance ages 6–65.
Ayung rafting vs Wos canyon tubing
Ayung rafting is a paddled Class II–III run from $28 for two guests, lunch included, minimum two. Wos tubing is a sit-on tube from $31, lunch not included, fine for one guest. Rafting is wetter and louder. Tubing is the canyon without a crew.
Gitgit canyoning vs Wos tubing
Bali canyoning is $124, a harness day in the Gitgit highlands about two hours from Ubud. Wos tubing is from $31, a 2.5-hour float north of Ubud. Canyoning needs age, height, weight, and shoe size. Tubing needs a swimsuit and a dry shirt.
Sedang ATV vs jungle buggies
Single ATV is from $47 at All New Bali Adventure in Sedang, with lunch and a jungle trail. A single jungle buggy is $80 for three laps on a closed course, without lunch, at a different gate. ATV is the beginner mud ride. The buggy is a steering-wheel session for licensed drivers.
Kintamani dirt bike vs Mount Batur jeep
The Kintamani dirt bike is about eight hours on a 250cc enduro, from $272, and you ride. The private Mount Batur jeep is a rim viewpoint for $61 each when two of you share it, meal and hotel pickup included. Same caldera. Completely different effort.
Mount Batur jeep vs sunrise trek
Book the trek to walk up Mount Batur before dawn: about two hours of sand, from $48 each for three hikers, pickup around 02:00. Book the jeep to skip the climb: private 4×4, minimum two, $61 each for two guests, sunrise or sunset. Tracking jeep adds a short walk at the jeep price and still does not summit.
Tabanan terrace ride vs sunset beach ride
Both Tabanan dirt-bike routes cost $141 for one rider and $134 each for two or more. The terrace route rides toward Jatiluwih. The sunset route finishes on a west-coast beach. Bike choice — KLX 150-class or a lower scooter-style bike — is independent of the finish.
